Tony de Leede’s Wellness Solutions Group enters voluntary administration
Insolvency Options appointed as founder moves to orderly wind down

Wellness Solutions Group Pty Ltd, the wellness and co-working venture founded by Fitness First Australia creator Tony de Leede, has entered voluntary administration, with Darren Vardy of Insolvency Options appointed on 13 February 2026.
The company, established in 2019, supplied wellness products including massage chairs, meditation pods and infrared saunas, and operated the Move123 virtual fitness platform alongside co-working and wellness concepts such as Club W and Wello Works. Wello Works, which opened in Rosebery in March 2024 as a hybrid workspace offering hot desks, boardrooms and recovery facilities, closed last month amid rising occupancy costs.
In a public statement, de Leede said the decision to proceed with an orderly wind down followed a strategic review, noting the business had been progressively scaled back and was operating at a significantly reduced level. He said staff had been supported through the process and that all obligations had been met.
The level of creditor claims has not been disclosed, though it is understood there are no outstanding employee entitlements or Australian Taxation Office debts.
De Leede is known for building Fitness First Australia into a national network of more than 90 clubs and for establishing Gold Coast health retreats Gwinganna and EcoView, neither of which are subject to external administration, although both retreats are currently being marketed for sale.
