ACFS secures landlord assurances amid $12.2m rent arrears

ACFS Port Logistics says landlord ESR-REIT has agreed not to impede operations during the administration despite about $12.2 million in rent arrears, while the company continues working with receivers on a proposed recapitalisation and seeks to reassure customers that its depots remain operational.
