Alertvale Pty Ltd, trading as SMW Group, entered voluntary administration on 18 September 2025 with Darryl Kirk and Stephen Earel of Cor Cordis appointed as administrators.

The Queensland-based group, which has provided field services, maintenance and industrial support to the mining sector for over two decades, moved into administration as part of a broader restructuring process following its delisting.

The company continues to trade while administrators assess its financial position and canvass restructuring options aimed at preserving jobs and maintaining client services, with the first creditors’ meeting to be convened in the coming weeks.
