Ally Fashion - Liquidation

Ally Fashion was placed into liquidation on 28 February on application by landlord Ginninderra Properties over past due rent.

The Australian fast fashion brand was launched in 2001 and eventually grew to having 160 stores across Australia, as well as an online store.

Jeffrey Marsden and Duncan Clubb of BDO were appointed liquidators and immediately conducted an urgent review of the business, resulting in the closure of 51 stores and the loss of about 250 jobs. The liquidators are continuing to operate the remaining stores.
