Ample evidence liquidators acted in good faith in denying creditors meeting

Craig Ensor, Brooke Egan, Teagan Matthews and Catherine Brown of Corrs share that, after Balamara Resources creditors directed liquidators to convene a meeting to consider their removal and replacement, the NSW Court of Appeal confirmed the liquidators could refuse that direction where they honestly, genuinely and on an informed basis considered it unreasonable under rule 75-250, without needing to establish objective reasonableness.
