ASIC bans director Simon Raftery in move that could upend Firmus share battle

ASIC has banned Remagen Capital boss Simon Raftery from managing corporations for two years and six months after finding he allowed several food supply companies to trade while insolvent and incur more than $42 million in debts, a move that may also affect a dispute over control of shares in data centre company Firmus Technologies.
