ASIC seeks receiver for scandal-hit InterPrac

ASIC has applied to court to appoint receivers to InterPrac Financial Planning amid concerns that its proposed $50,000 sale by Sequoia Financial could prejudice creditors, particularly given significant liabilities arising from AFCA complaints linked to the Shield and First Guardian fund collapses.
