Australia Fresh Kailyard Pty Ltd t/as Marco Fine Foods & Groceries, a Reservoir, Victoria-based grocery store, entered voluntary administration on 22 January.

Robert Smith and Matthew Hutton of McGrathNicol were appointed joint administrators, having been referred the matter by Origin Tax and Accounting, the company’s tax agent.

The first meeting of creditors is scheduled for 2 February.
