Autobahn Rent A Car and related companies’ moratorium application dismissed

The Autobahn Rent A Car–Shariot group told a Singapore court it is solvent and in talks with Australian and Malaysian investors on a potential S$80 million to S$100 million injection, including hiving off Shariot into a joint venture with City Centre Car Rentals, as it seeks a scheme of arrangement to repay more than S$300 million owed to creditors.
