Barbeques Galore rescue attempt fails, 62 stores to close after retailer collapses

Barbeques Galore will be wound up after a failed sale and recapitalisation process, with 62 company-owned stores to close, around 500 staff affected, and secured creditor Gordon Brothers’ proposed DOCA abandoned after suppliers could not agree commercial trading terms.
