Bluewaters Power takes legal action against Griffin Coal receiver Deloitte, as power fight turns bitter

Deloitte partners who acted as the receivers for Griffin Coal are being sued by Bluewaters Power for allegedly acting unlawfully by "seeking to procure the liquidators" of Griffin to terminate Bluewaters Power’s coal supply contracts. More from ABC News.
