Building Commission NSW watching Bathla Group

Building Commission NSW is intensifying scrutiny of Bathla Group after more than 40 site inspections, while KordaMentha and Newpoint Advisory advise lenders concerned about the Western Sydney developer’s reported $3.1 billion debt load, unpaid supplier claims and the funding required to complete almost 11,000 apartments across a complex private credit capital structure.
