BWX Group - Case Update

Kate Warwick, Kelly-Anne Trenfield and Joseph Hansell of FTI, the voluntary administrators of the BWX Group, are recommending that the group be placed into liquidation after no DOCA proposal was received. The administrators have also revealed that the BWX Group may have become insolvent from October 2022.
