Canberra lawyers tried to deter former partner from $500k she was owed, court finds

The ACT Supreme Court has found that directors of Aulich Civil Law engaged in oppressive conduct and breached contractual, statutory and fiduciary obligations after using the firm’s 2024 voluntary administration and other measures to deter former partner Erin Taylor from pursuing a $500,000 share buyback claim and deplete funds available to satisfy it.
