Chef Chase Kojima’s shock Sokyo departure and liquidation of restaurants leaves future uncertain

The empire of one of Sydney’s most talented Japanese chefs is in tatters. Liquidator John Refalo of Moore Australia has confirmed that Chase Kojima’s two Senpai restaurants are both closing.
