Christian Brothers asset sale likely to fall short of what the order owes in abuse compensation

The Congregation of Christian Brothers Oceania Province has proposed a creditor scheme to sell about $216 million of remaining assets and wind up the order, warning the proceeds will not fully satisfy present and future abuse compensation claims and that liquidation would deliver an even lower return if creditors reject the plan.
