Clarke Homes - Voluntary Administration

Clarke Homes, a Gorokan, NSW-based home builder, entered voluntary administration on 24 January owing over $3.1 million to more than 100 creditors.
The company reportedly struggled to finish its fixed-price contracts amid rising material and labour costs.
Jason Porter and Joshua-Lee Robb of SV Partners were appointed administrators, saying that the business had ceased trading and that a proposal for a DOCA was unlikely.
