Complaints by investors caught in the $160 million collapse of Australian Fiduciaries Limited have been rejected by AFCA, leaving creditors facing a material shortfall and limited recovery options after the adviser firm that directed investments was liquidated, deregistered, and removed from the complaints scheme.
