Computer Accounting and Tax - Case Update

Mervyn Kitay of Worrells, the liquidator of Computer Accounting and Tax, has secured a significant victory in an over decade-long battle with the directors of the company, who challenged the entering into of various retainers and costs agreements with HSF and Lenhoff & Hotz.

The Court ruled that the liquidator did not require approval to enter into these agreements and, to the extent approval was required, granted it nunc pro tunc.
