Court makes further orders to preserve assets linked to NSW accountant and former solicitor Christopher Edwards

ASIC has obtained further orders protecting assets of the Deckchair Trust, associated with Christopher Edwards, after learning that he had purportedly replaced Great Northern Morayfield as trustee with himself. The NSW Supreme Court's 9 September orders appoint the provisional liquidators as receivers and managers of the trust's assets and require Edwards to provide its books and records. The orders follow the August appointment of provisional liquidators to 12 Edwards-linked companies, including Ironbark Holdings Australia.
