Creditors approve Melbourne Rebels survival plan as embattled club fights for life

Creditors have voted to accept a financial rescue plan for the cash-strapped Melbourne Rebels rather than liquidate the Super Rugby Pacific club in a deal that will see employees paid 100% of their entitlements but will leave unsecured creditors with as little as 15 cents to the dollar.
