Creditors are chasing a Sydney couple accused of pocketing over $800 thousand paid to their company for office refurbishments, while the company’s liquidator has enlisted the help of ASIC to locate the wife, who has been charged for failing in her duty as a director after months of the liquidator being unable to find her.
