Dion Lee - Liquidation

The Australian arm of global fashion brand Dion Lee entered liquidation on 29 August after a three-month search for a buyer failed to result in a deal.
The company — whose clothing has been worn by the likes of Taylor Swift and Dua Lipa — entered voluntary administration on 22 May owing approximately $35 million to creditors.
Despite initial reports that a sale was likely, no acceptable offer was forthcoming. As a result, creditors voted to put the company into liquidation.
Antony Resnick and Henry Kwok of dVT Group, already Dion Lee’s administrators, were appointed liquidators.
Remaining stores are expected to close in late September or early October.
