Dixon Advisory & Superannuation - Case Update

Dixon Advisory is finally set to receive the boot from AFCA some 2.5 years after it initially entered voluntary administration in January 2022.

The financial services provider’s AFCA membership continued after it went into voluntary administration — common practice in this type of a situation — but received a notice from AFCA that it will be expelled from the complaints authority effective 30 June 2024. This means that any former clients of Dixon Advisory who have not yet lodged a complaint with AFCA must do so by 29 June 2024.
