Dominic Emmett launches Emmett Law

Dominic Emmett has launched Sydney-based Emmett Law as a sole practitioner. Starting his own practice will allow him to provide more high-level and objective advice during the early stages of restructuring, when many clients don’t want to incur the expense of taking on a law firm. Dominic is the former Head of Restructuring and Insolvency at Gilbert + Tobin.
