Edge Early Learning collapse forces sudden closure of 11 centres across Queensland, SA and ACT

KordaMentha administrators have confirmed the closure of 11 Edge Early Learning childcare centres after failing to secure buyers, while 53 centres have found prospective new owners, including 31 subject to a conditional acquisition by Goodstart Early Learning covering 20 properties owned by Arena REIT, which previously reported that Edge accounted for approximately 14% of its annual rental income and is now assessing proposed lease assignments as the administrators continue efforts to sell the remaining centres.
