Elmore (ASX:ELE) - Voluntary Administration

Elmore (ASX:ELE), which operates the Peko mine in Tennant Creek in the Northern Territory, and eight of its subsidiaries entered voluntary administration on 6 February.

The company has reported losses for the last four financial years, including most recently a $23.5 million loss.

Martin Jones, Matthew Woods and Clint Joseph of KPMG were appointed as joint administrators, and said that employment will continue and wages will be paid as they assess Elmore's future viability.
