Essential Caravans buys Zone RV, but customers left short-changed

Melbourne-based Essential Caravans has acquired the assets of Queensland manufacturer Zone RV, which entered liquidation owing $42 million, leaving more than 100 customers who paid about $10 million in progress payments as unsecured creditors while the liquidator shifts focus to investigating insolvent trading allegations against former director David Biggar.
