Ron Crouch Transport, a long-standing NSW trucking operator, entered voluntary administration in December 2025 owing more than $23 million to creditors after sustained monthly losses exceeding $500,000, with a subsequent asset sale leaving significant employee entitlements and unsecured creditor claims largely unrecovered.
