Federal Court intensifies probe into sunken Mosaic Brands

The Federal Court has expanded the Mosaic Brands liquidators’ investigation into potential insolvent trading by allowing searches of potentially privileged safe harbour material from January 2020 to July 2025, putting the former directors’ reliance on section 588GA at the centre of the post-liquidation probe into the failed retail group.
