Full Court confirms answer to limitation period question on voidable transactions

Blake Shaw of Ironbridge Legal explains that the Full Federal Court recently confirmed that the period during which a company is deregistered counts toward the limitation period for voidable transaction claims, ruling that section 601AH(3)(d) cannot be used to extend time limits—leaving section 588FF(3)(b) as the sole mechanism for doing so.
