Global music giant Live Nation given tens of millions of dollars in grants by Australian governments

Global music giant Live Nation, which earned US $23 billion last year, is being criticised for receiving tens of millions of dollars in taxpayer-funded government grants in Australia, while many of Australia's music festivals and small venues are fighting to stay alive, with more than 1,300 small to mid-size music venues closing in recent years.
