Godfreys Group - Case Update

Craig Crosbie, Robert Ditrich and Daniel Walley of PwC, the administrators of Godfreys Group, have revealed that the iconic vacuum retailer is closing two months after entering administration.

The administrators conducted a comprehensive process across Australia and New Zealand, but no viable offers for the business as a going concern were submitted. As a result, the administrators have no other option but to commence a progressive wind-down of Godfreys’ operations in Australia and New Zealand.

All stores will be closed between now and 31 May, meaning all employees will unfortunately be made redundant.
