Grandeur Homes - Voluntary Administration

Grandeur Homes, a Victorian building company with over active 100 projects, entered voluntary administration on 30 August, just over a month after denying rumours it was struggling.

In an Instagram post on 15 July, the company stated that it was “thriving”, and that projects were “progressing excellently”.

Sam Kaso and Daniel Juratowitch of Cor Cordis were appointed voluntary administrators and said that construction will be paused as they assess the business and explore options. They have not yet commented on the reasons for the company’s insolvency.
