Greenwich Build - Voluntary Administration

Greenwich Build, a Sydney-based construction company, entered voluntary administration on 24 February.
The company was working on an affordable housing development on land reportedly donated by Griffith City Council to Argyle Housing, a not-for-profit provider of community housing.
Argyle Housing confirmed that it has paid all of Greenwich Build’s progress claims, which were accompanied by declarations from Greenwich Build that their suppliers and contractors had been paid. Unfortunately, this does not appear to have been the case.
Argyle Housing has also stated that it remains dedicated to the completion of the project.
Graeme Beattie of Worrells was appointed voluntary administrator.
