GrowthOps - Voluntary Administration

GrowthOps, the parent company of a marketing and technology group, entered voluntary administration on 31 March.
Two other entities within the group also entered voluntary administration, while a further 21 are to be liquidated. Katherine Sozou and Damien Pasfield of McGrathNichol were appointed voluntary administrators / liquidators.
The group was founded by Phillip Kingston in 2017 as part of a large-scale merger between several entrepreneurs who came together to better meet the needs of medium and large organisations. Its agencies include Khemistry in South Brisbane, AJF Partnership in South Melbourne, and Victoria-based Asia Pacific Digital.
The companies cited “challenges in sustaining business performance” in the current market as the reason for the appointments, but made sure to emphasise that GrowthOp’s Asian operations are not impacted.
