GSHB Vision trading as MadeCo Australia - Voluntary Administration

GSHB Vision trading as MadeCo Australia, a Melbourne-based cabinet maker, entered voluntary administration on 18 March.

The company cited the challenges brought on by the pandemic, the recent downturn in the residential cabinetry market and the closure of two major account clients as the main factors driving the decision.

Shortly after the appointment of Paul Langdon and Ian Grant of LangdonGrant as voluntary administrators, the business was shut down, impacting over 30 employees.

Mr Langdon said he anticipates that the company will enter liquidation on 17 April, and that insolvent trading claims and potential “significant financial liabilities” for the company’s director would be assessed at that time.
