Harbour Guidance trading as Jeanswest - Voluntary Administration

Harbour Guidance trading as Jeanswest, a 53-year-old Australian fashion brand, entered voluntary administration on 26 March.
Harbour rescued Jeanswest from administration in 2020 and attempted for five years to revive the brand. It has now decided to put the company into voluntary administration and close down its 90 bricks-and-mortar stores, affecting 600 employees.
Administrators Lindsay Bainbridge, Andrew Yeo and David Vasudevan of Pitcher Partners said the brand and online store may continue and all restructuring options remain open.
