Immediation Group of Companies - Voluntary Administration

The Immediation Group of Companies, Melbourne-based companies which operate a legal dispute resolution platform aimed at making legal services more accessible to small businesses and others, entered voluntary administration on 26 October. Joanne Dunn and David McGrath of FTI were appointed administrators, and said that cashflow issues and the depletion of available capital likely contributed to the administration. They were introduced to the company’s directors by Hamilton Locke, the companies’ lawyers. The first meeting of creditors is scheduled for 8 November.
