Infinity Pharmacy directors claim Wesfarmers blocked sale to rival

Directors of Infinity Pharmacy Group have accused Wesfarmers of using its market power to block a proposed $570 million sale of Infinity’s pharmacies to rival Chempro, alleging the intervention forced the group into receivership and left administrators from Teneo pursuing a sale of the 92-store network while potential claims exceeding $100 million are being considered.
