Innova Group Australasia Pty Ltd, Innova Design Australasia Pty Ltd and Innova Group International Pty Ltd - Voluntary Administration

Innova Group Australasia Pty Ltd, Innova Design Australasia Pty Ltd and Innova Group International Pty Ltd entered voluntary administration on 31 August 2025, with Rajiv Goyal of Aston Chace Group confirmed as administrator at the first creditors’ meetings on 10 September.

The national design and fit-out business, which specialises in healthcare, veterinary and imaging facilities and maintains a support office in Jakarta, has been hit by declining sales, the collapse of a head contractor that cost the group $1.3m, the loss of a major tender, and the resignation of director Pino Colaci, which stripped it of national builder’s licences.

Creditors have lodged claims of about $4.1m, led by $2.8m from trade suppliers and $370k from the ATO.

The administrator has continued trading on a business-as-usual basis, is reviewing live projects, and intends to launch a formal sale campaign while considering recapitalisation options through a DOCA.
