A digital marketing agency run by former AFL player Chris Knights wiped more than $4.5 million in debts through an insolvency process before reopening days later under a new ABN as Zib Holdings, leaving unpaid staff entitlements to be covered by the taxpayer via the Fair Entitlements Guarantee and prompting renewed scrutiny of so called legal phoenixing practices.
