Jon Adgemis pub empire moves closer to resolution as $80m sale finalised

Receivers Jonathan Henry, Kathy Sozou and Damien Pasfield have finalised the sale of two former Jon Adgemis hospitality assets, with South Bondi Hotel and Empire Hotel acquired for about $80 million by Clime Asset Management and Vantage Point Asset Management, advancing McGrathNicol’s wind-down of the collapsed Public Hospitality portfolio after a larger proposed transaction failed to complete.
