A Liquidator May Apply to Court for Judicial Advice during Winding Up

Stipe Vuleta and Jackson Ho of Chamberlains use a recent decision to remind insolvency practitioners that while they may apply to the court for directions and judicial advice, the courts will not advise on decision making in relation to a business or commercial decision which would be more suited for the liquidator’s discretion.
