Lucia Tapas Garden Pty Ltd, Maman Bar GC Pty Ltd, Naami Pty Ltd and Milky Lane Goldcoast Pty Ltd - Voluntary Administration

Lucia Tapas Garden Pty Ltd, Maman Bar GC Pty Ltd, Naami Pty Ltd and Milky Lane Goldcoast Pty Ltd, the companies which operate Lucia Tapas Garden in Tugun, Maman Bar and Kitchen and Naami in Burleigh Heads, and Milky Lane burger bar in Surfers Paradise, entered voluntary administration on 23 June.

John Vouris, Kathleen Vouris and Richard Albarran of Hall Chadwick were appointed as administrators by secured creditor DN Holdings Pty Ltd, owed $1.45 million.

The popular Gold Coast venues were founded by Jonathan Eddings and Oliver Fines-Frost, who are contesting the appointment.

The companies are also understood to owe upwards of $900,000 to the ATO.

This is not the first time companies associated with Mr Eddings and Mr Fines-Frost have become insolvent — their The Grass is Greener music festival collapsed into administration in December 2022 and liquidation in July 2023. The festival’s administrators have since revealed that nearly $800,000 of the festival’s money was loaned to businesses associated with Mr Fines-Frost and Mr Eddings on an interest-free basis.
