Maxwell Wines acquires Fox Creek after AU$10 million collapse

Maxwell Wines has bought fellow McClaren Vale producer Fox Creek out of administration, saying the purpose of the acquisition was to stop the historic winery falling into outsiders’ hands, and was “as much about community as it is about business”.
