Melbourne Rebels deny voluntary administration status

Various sources (including news.com.au and The Sydney Morning Herald) are reporting that the Melbourne Rebels have entered voluntary administration, with Wexted Advisors appointed to help the club address its $9 million debt, but the Rebels insist that the administration hasn’t happened yet, although the option is still on the table.
