More than 300 senior ANZ staff members accidentally told they would be sacked via shocking tech blunder

At least 300 staff members in ANZ’s retail division were caught up in a restructuring blunder whereby the staffers were sent an automated email detailing the process for returning their laptops before being informed they were being made redundant.
