Mosaic Brands embroiled in three court cases this year

Collapsed retailer Mosaic Brands, once operator of Noni B, Millers, Katies and Rivers, is facing a Federal Court bid by a Chinese manufacturing creditor to replace FTI Consulting with Wexted Advisors as liquidators, while also contending with a $25.05m unpaid ACCC penalty and a ruling confirming it as the true employer of group staff amid $380m in liabilities.
