At Jirsch Sutherland, Andrew Mattinson has stepped into the role of Partner in Melbourne, bringing with him over two decades of insolvency experience. Sydney-based Nash Chance and Leo Guo move up the ranks, with both recognized for their work in corporate insolvency and advisory services. In Newcastle, the firm has rewarded Samantha Demange, Elise Ryan, and Jacinda Scott for their contributions to insolvency matters across regional New South Wales. Meanwhile, in Perth, promotions go to Mariana Pereira, Puvan Nadaraja, and Veronika Stefanoska at WA Insolvency Solutions. Fei Wei in Melbourne and Mae Yann Ow and Tai Ngo in Brisbane round out a year of major internal growth. Read more.

William Slabber has taken on the role of Assistant Manager – Business Restructuring at BDO. Dhruvi Patel has been promoted to Insolvency Analyst at Oracle Insolvency Services. Meanwhile, Gabriel Truscott joins Olvera Advisors in Sydney as a Junior Insolvency Analyst.

Sophie Inwood, who was formerly with Cornwalls, joins AJ & Co Lawyers as a Partner in their new Melbourne office.

JHK Legal’s Litigation and Insolvency Team also sees several promotions: Anna Nader has been promoted to Associate Director, David Chen has been promoted to Special Counsel, Craig Reynolds has been promoted to Senior Associate, George Sassine, Tamara Johnston and have been promoted to Associate, Lily Chang Jiang and Jack Halim have been promoted to Lawyer, while Melisa Camdzic has been promoted to Paralegal.
